The holder of a ticket agrees and understands that there are known and unanticipated inherent risks, dangers and hazards in attending survivalzone. by attending survivalzone, attendees voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, dangers and hazards, and agree to release and hold harmless the survivalzone and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all responsibility and/or liabilty for injury, harm,damage,death,cost or expense arising diretly or indirectly from attending survivalzone.

Please do not visit the attraction if you are experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms. The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are a high temperature, a new continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Reduced visitor numbers: the number of tickets available for anyone evening is limited and is being strictly managed to allow for social distancing. Tickets are available via this website only and cannot be purchased at the entrance; book early to avoid disappointment. Please enter full contact details at the purchase page for track and trace purposes.

COVID Guarantee: You can book with confidence thanks to our ‘COVID Guarantee’. The cost of your ticket will be refunded if the event is forced to be cancelled due to Government restrictions/guidelines surrounding Coronavirus (booking fee non-refundable).

WE ARE USING TIMED ENTRY SLOTS. PLEASE ARRIVE 10MINS BEFORE YOUR SLOT. THE EXPERIENCE WILL LAST APPROXIMATELY 20-25 MINUTES IN TOTAL.

Please follow the one-way system throughout the attraction.

Social bubble groups: please ensure that each booking if limited to your social bubble group (maximum of 6 people) and that you maintain a social distance from other visitors and staff.

Socially distanced scares: the flow of guests around the attraction will be controlled to help manage social distancing. Please be patient and maintain a social distance from other visitors and staff wherever possible.

Face masks for all: please bring and wear protective face masks when in the scares, and also when in close proximity to other visitors and staff.

Sanitizer at every scare: hand sanitiser stations will be provided on site however please do bring your own hand-sanitiser and wipes with you.

Temperatures will be taken at the entrance.

Please provide full contact details for track and trace purposes when booking your ticket.

Although “the supplier” (Survival Zone) will be adopting enhanced safety measures to help attendees stay safe, the risk cannot be completely eliminated. Upon attending an event, you assume all risks associated with Covid-19 (unless in any way caused by the negligence of “the supplier”). You will also be expected to:

Abide by all government guidance aimed at preventing the transmission of the virus (details of which can be accessed via the following link https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus) and follow all directions provided by “the supplier” and its Event staff and security stewards. You must not attend an event if you believe that you may have been infected by Covid-19.

Failure to comply with these measures shall entitle “the supplier” to eject you from the event. All events are all subject to the latest Government guidance rules to manage the transmission of Covid-19. All customers and staff are expected to adhere to the guidance. The following individuals MUST NOT ATTEND the event;

Any individual displaying the symptoms of Covid-19 (New persistent cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell).

Any individual who is self-isolating either due to displaying symptoms as above for 7 days, or any member of their household who is self-isolating for 14 days. Any individual who has been instructed by the relevant contact tracing authority to isolate.

We ADVISE the following individuals NOT TO ATTEND the event;

Any individual who has been informed that they are extremely clinically vulnerable and that they should be shielding. Individuals who live in the same household as an individual who is extremely clinically vulnerable.For now that’s all you need to know, but remember to check under your bed before turning off your light !!!!!
